Novartis Workplace, Victoria Cross, Sydney  

Located in the Victoria Cross precinct, the Novartis workplace is designed to support connection, flexibility and wellbeing within a high-performance commercial environment. Designed by M Moser Associates in collaboration with DBS Consulting, the space brings together open work areas, meeting rooms, and breakout zones to create a calm, cohesive workplace that encourages movement and interaction.

Lighting plays a key role in reinforcing the architectural intent. Soft, diffused luminaires define spaces such as reception and meeting rooms, providing visual comfort while maintaining consistency across the workplace. The approach focuses on low glare and balanced illumination, supporting both collaborative and focused work settings.

The result is a refined and adaptable workplace where lighting enhances the overall experience. Set within a building with strong sustainability credentials, the fitout reflects a considered approach to modern office design, prioritising comfort, clarity and everyday usability.
