Memocorp Spec Suites, 259 George Street, Sydney

Located on Level 32 at 259 George Street, the Memocorp speculative suites are designed to offer a premium, move-in-ready workplace within one of Sydney’s most recognisable commercial towers. Delivered by Geyer Valmont, the suites take advantage of the building’s column-free layout and expansive harbour and city views, creating light-filled spaces that feel open, efficient and highly functional.
The design focuses on simplicity and usability, combining open work areas with meeting rooms and breakout spaces to support a range of workstyles. Warm material finishes are balanced with exposed building elements, creating a contemporary environment that feels both refined and practical for modern tenants.
Lighting is integrated to support clarity and comfort across the workplace. Clean, minimal luminaires provide consistent illumination while complementing the architectural form, ensuring the space remains visually calm and adaptable for a variety of occupiers.
